You don’t have to do it alone

Change can be hard and scary, and declaring our intentions and wishes to friends and family for change can feel uncomfortable. Coaching can provide a space which gives the support, motivation and accountability to get you on your way.

Create Shift coaching is a unique blend of more traditional goal-oriented coaching approaches and the practice of Ayurveda. Ayurveda literally translates as “life knowledge” and teaches us to view our lives as whole and to consider the effect that everything we do has on our inner wellbeing and balance.

What we can do together

Through video coaching calls and a personalised program of movement, mindfulness and breath practices you will:

  • Develop a strategy to take you from the life you have now, to the life you want with me there to kindly hold you accountable. 
  • Gain clarity and confidence around your version of a purposeful and holistic life.
  • Find your own inner compass, move away from all the ‘shoulds’ of society and get going on your path. 

Think of it like training for an expedition. 

We’ll create a map by considering your values, dreams and goals. 

We’ll plan for the journey by breaking it down into small, achievable changes and goals. 

We’ll do the physical training, connecting with the body and the breath and exploring living an embodied life. *

(* the physical work we do together is appropriate for everyone. We will work with where you are at, so if you’re working with injury, illness or disability, we will work with your unique body. There is always work we can do to connect more to our bodies, no matter what body we have.)

We’ll equip your pack with tools to help you on your journey. Tools including mindfulness practices, embodied and breath practices and self-care practices. You’ll be well set up and supported to deal with the challenges that come up as you move towards your goal. 

1:1 Coaching Packages

  • A unique blend of coaching sessions and embodied movement sessions tailored to support you with what you’re working on, delivered remotely.
  • One call every 2 – 3 weeks, alternating between a coaching call and movement session. 
  • Email support throughout our time working together to answer any questions, give you a pep talk or simply encourage and support you with what you’re working on. 
  • Recordings of all our sessions so you can reflect back on them, and continue to use the movement sessions in future. 
  • Exercises, goals and intentions at the end of each session, along with suggestions for holistic living practices, to propel you towards your goals.

About your guide

I’m a qualified yoga teacher and holistic health practitioner (certified with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) and I bring this unique combination to my coaching style. Having gone through huge shifts in my own life to re-connect to my true values, navigate away from the should and towards my idea of a purposeful and holistic life I am well placed to help you navigate your path.
