I am a 200 hour registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance, based in Manchester UK. Being Change Yoga brings a mindful element to all classes, creating yoga sequences to help you de-stress, refresh and renew. I am passionate about the capacity of yoga to help us find calm and happiness within our busy lives.
Current Class Schedule
All Being Change Yoga classes are taught at Little Box Gym, Chorlton. 136 St Werburgh’s Rd, Manchester M21 8UQ. All levels welcome, from beginner up. Mats are provided. Classes cost £7 drop in, or £30 for a 5 class pass (valid for 2 months).

7am – 7:45am . Dynamic Morning Flow.
Engaging the breath, moving dynamically and stretching out the body so you can start your day refreshed.
5:30pm – 6:30pm . Yin Yoga.
A slower paced class that works deep into the bones and loads the muscles in a different way to a more flowing class. Great for keeping tendons and ligaments healthy and balancing out more dynamic practices/stressful lives!
7:15pm – 8:30pm . Gentle Flow.
A slower paced flowing class to help wind down in the evening. A mixture of flowing sequences and longer holds in more restorative poses. Work with the breath, build strength and flexibility, and relax.
5:30pm – 6:30pm . Gentle Flow.
9:30am – 10:30am . Women’s Hatha.
Gentle hatha yoga for women. A sequence of postures designed to build strength and flexibility and release tight muscles.
